We are sincerely glad that you have chosen the Forest Song Camp for your child this summer.
Please fill out a separate form for each child you wish to register. After completing the form and making payment (payment is available at the end of the form), a place for your child will be reserved.
After payment is made, you will receive a confirmation by email.
